Raw Fruit Fast Details

Let's take a 21 day journey together. A journey of Transformation, Discipline and Healing. For 21 Days only consuming uncooked Alkaline Fruits and Vegetables.

You'll be amazed by the numerous benefits sustaining from eating can provide from Weight loss, Mental Clarity, Stabilizing blood sugar and the wonders on your energy level. Start January 20.2023


For those Joining the Raw Fruit Fast the details and guidelines to follow for joining the fast goes as follows:


  1. Start: February 1st 2023 (I started on the 20th of January) 
  2. Duration 21 Days
  3. What can you eat: Only RAW Seeded Fruits, nuts and Vegetables from Dr. Sebi Nutritional Guide. (No pickled foods, canned foods, processed foods, cooked foods, only raw fruit and veggies, though and you can be creative and make your own butters etc while sticking within the Nutritional Guide. Sea moss 
  4. When to eat: You can intermediate fast and choose a time frame in which you will eat in or simply eat and drink when you feel the need to. 
  5. What you can drink: Spring Water, homemade fruit juice without sweeteners (with the exception of agave), herbal teas, real coconut water from the coconut not a bottle  & fruit or vegetable smoothies (don’t mix fruit with vegetables in smoothie, choose either or).
  6. Recommended Fruits: Tamarind, Mango, Strawberries, Blueberries, , Goji berries, Raspberries, Really all berries except for Cranberries, Avocado, Tomato, Watermelon, Sour Sop, Coconut flesh and water, Rambutans, Dragon Fruit, Papaya and Seed, Cantaloupe & some exotic fruits. 
  7. Recommended Vegetables: Okra, Squash, Dandelion Greens, Peppers, onion, red onion, arugula, watercress , kale etc  

Keep in mind that the following Teas are only suggestions and recommendations! You can use what you like as long as it's apart of Dr. Sebi nutrition Guide!

  • Day 1: Tea:  Ashwagandha, ginger, Sarsaparilla, Red Clover & Nettle.
  • Day 2: Tea: Sarsaparilla, Nettle, ginger, Burdock & Pavana
  • Day 3:Tea: Sarsaparilla, Milk thistle, Mullein &  calendula
  • Day 4: Tea: Sarsaparilla, Contribo , Dandelion leaf or root
  • Day 5: Tea: Sarsaparilla, Dandelion, blue vervain 
  • Day 6 tea: sarsaparilla, hibiscus, sour sop
  • Day 7: Tea: Yellow dock, Bitter Kola/Bissy, bitter melon 
  • Day 8: Tea: Eucalyptus, Fennel & Cordonciello Negro
  • Day 9: Tea:  Sarsaparilla, Pavana, Trumpet Leaf
  • Day 10: Tea: Cordecepy Mushroom, Lions Mane Mushroom, Turkey Tail Mushroom
  • Day 11: Dandelion, Trumpet Leaf & Hawthrone Bertie
  • Day 12: Tea: Hydrangea, Elderberry, Mullein, Guinea Hen
  • Day 13 Tea: Butterfly Pea, Palo Azul & Capadulla 
  • Day 14 Tea: Hibiscus, Damiana & Chamomile
  • Day 15 Tea: Lavender, Cordycep, Hisbus, Damiana, Lions mane Mushroom
  • Day 16: Tea: Pavana, Sarsaparilla, Prodigiosa, 
  • Day 17: Tea: Linden & Nettle
  • Day 18: Black walnut & cayenne
  • Day 19: Tea: Cocolmeca, Grannybackbone, OoSarsaparilla 
  • Day 20: Lion Mane, Cordycep, Reishi & Turkey tail
  • Day 21: Tea: oRose petal, clove, lavender, soursop, dandelion, calendula, lions mane, sarsaparilla, burdock root
